I was a little unsure at first, so I checked what other people had said about the refund process. it ended up being really simple. I canceled without any hassle and got my refund back smoothly.

I’ve only used it a bit, so I can’t say I’ve checked out everything, but the community has been really helpful when I had questions. The study pages I tried were easy enough to follow and made things feel a little less overwhelming.

"Scheduling the exam was such a hassle"
Trying to schedule my exam through comptia.org was more frustrating than I expected. Maybe I’m just not the most patient person when I’m already busy with work and trying to study, but the site kept sending me in circles and the available times weren’t clear at all. I had to click through way too many pages just to find a time that actually worked for me. For an exam that costs this much, I really expected the scheduling process to feel a lot smoother and more up to date. Overall, not a great experience.

"The study guides actually made a difference"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the study guides really did help me pass. I liked that the sections were broken up in a way that was easy to follow, and even little things like the bolded key points and practice questions at the end made it easier to remember stuff. I kept going back to certain pages because the examples were just clear enough without being too much. they helped more than I thought they would.

"Helped a bit with my job search, I guess??"
I got my certification through CompTIA, and it did seem to help my resume a little. It wasn’t like my whole career magically changed overnight or anything, but a few recruiters did mention it, so that was nice. The site was okay overall, though not super easy to figure out at times?? I had to click around more than I expected. Still, I’d say it was somewhat helpful.

"Works fine, but it feels a bit off"
I’ve been using the course platform for a bit, and my gut feeling is that it does the job, but it’s not the smoothest experience. The videos usually load without any real issues, which is nice, but finding lessons or picking up where I left off can feel more annoying than it should. The layout just feels kind of old and clunky to me. It’s usable, but I wouldn’t say it’s especially enjoyable.

I mainly went for the CompTIA cert because a lot of employers recognize it, and that was kind of the whole point for me. The site was fine enough to use, nothing too exciting. The exams did feel a bit expensive, and some of the material felt really broad, like you're studying a little bit of everything but not always... yeah. I'm glad I did it, but I wouldn't say it was amazing

"My CompTIA Testing Center Experience Was Really Smooth"
I booked my CompTIA exam through comptia.org a couple weeks before my test date and went to a local testing center on the morning of the exam. Check-in only took a few minutes, and the staff looked over my ID, explained the rules, and got me settled without making the whole thing feel stressful.
Once I started, everything went smoothly. The computer worked fine, the room stayed quiet the whole time, and I didn’t run into any issues during the test. I got my result right after finishing, from booking to walking out that day, it was a really easy experience.

"Renewal was easier than I expected, but still took some effort"
I renewed my CompTIA cert through comptia.org it was smoother than I thought it would be. The site did a decent job showing what I needed, and uploading my CE stuff wasn’t too painful.

That said, I still had to click around more than I wanted to find one section, which was a little annoying. I don’t love having to hunt for things when I’m just trying to get a renewal done, but once I found it, everything went through fine and my renewal was confirmed without much stress.

"Membership ain't bad, but it ain't amazing either"
I’ve been using the membership for a bit, and it’s not like the benefits aren’t useful. The resources and updates do come in handy sometimes. But for what it costs, I was expecting a little more. It ain’t bad, just kinda average overall.

"Easy CEU submission, no headache!!"
I used comptia.org to submit my CEUs for renewal, it went smoother than I thought it would!!

The site was easy enough to follow, uploading everything was simple, and I liked being able to see what had been accepted. I did have to double-check one activity, but the instructions were clear enough to get me through it.

My renewal got updated without any drama, which was a relief!! It’s not the flashiest site out there, but it gets the job done and definitely saved me time.

comptia.org was easy for me to use. The emails and instructions were clear, so I always knew what I was supposed to do next... nothing felt hidden or confusing. I did have one small question, but I found the answer on the site quickly. Overall, the communication was good and it made the whole process a lot less stressful!

I did get my issue fixed in the end, so I’m grateful for that. The support person was polite and seemed genuinely willing to help, but the response took longer than I expected and I was left waiting without many updates. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. I felt relieved when it was finally sorted, just a little disappointed it took so long to get there.
